/ 01 · WHO IT SERVES

Built for the people who hold the line.

A
Cities and fire agencies
Hundreds of zones, a small inspection staff, and a fire season that does not wait.
B
HOAs and master planned communities
Boards answer to residents, fire authorities, and insurers for slopes they rarely see up close.
C
Commercial property owners
Sites at the wildland edge need defensible space they can show a carrier.
/ 02 · HOW WE HELP

A defensible space program you can see, track, and prove.

Fuel modification is done by crews and checked on foot. FlyCRE adds the view from above, on a schedule, in one shared map.

01
Baseline before the season
The first flight sets the reference that every later capture is measured against.
02
Track crews and contractors
Recapture after work is done and see progress zone by zone, without walking every slope.
03
One map for every stakeholder
Fire staff, risk managers, HOA boards, and landscape contractors open the same map in FlyCRE Intelligence and export it for reports.
04
Evidence for community programs
Fire Risk Reduction Community listings and Firewise USA annual renewals call for evidence of ongoing risk reduction work. Dated captures provide it.
/ 03 · THE RECORD

What every flight records.

Captured together and aligned to one grid, so each zone compares season over season.

/ 05 · DOCUMENTATION AND INSURANCE

Mitigation only counts when you can prove it.

Communities do the work but rarely have organized evidence to show an underwriter. Aerial documentation closes that gap for residents, businesses, and the city itself.

Community discounts for eligible policyholders
California's Safer from Wildfires regulation requires admitted insurers that price wildfire risk to offer mitigation discounts, including a community-level discount inside a listed Fire Risk Reduction Community or a Firewise USA site in good standing. Documentation supports the listing and the renewal.
The city's own facilities
Many cities insure their buildings and open space through public risk pools, and wildfire exposure is part of that conversation. A city that brings a documented record of defensible space to its renewal enters that conversation with evidence.
Grant applications and closeout
When fuel reduction work is grant funded, dated before and after records help show what the work accomplished. FlyCRE captures are dated, georeferenced, and stored for that purpose.
Claims after an event
If a fire does reach the community, a dated baseline of maintained zones shows what was in place before the loss.
16.4%
Maximum combined FAIR Plan discount on Dwelling Fire policies, applied to the wildfire portion of the premium.
13.8%
Maximum combined FAIR Plan discount on Commercial policies, applied to the wildfire portion of the premium.

Discount eligibility and amounts are set by each insurer and program. FlyCRE captures and documents conditions; it does not determine insurance eligibility or regulatory compliance. Qualified professionals and your carrier interpret the record.
