How we fly, what we capture, who owns the record, and how to start.
What does FlyCRE do?
FlyCRE provides aerial site documentation and data subscription services. We fly your sites on a schedule, capture RGB, thermal, and multispectral imagery, process every flight, and deliver the results through the FlyCRE Intelligence platform as a dated, observational record, with 2D and 3D models in every layer.
Who do you work with?
FlyCRE is built for cities, counties, fire agencies, and state and federal land managers such as CAL FIRE and the USDA Forest Service; HOAs and master planned communities; landscape and fuel modification contractors; golf courses and sports turf; growers; commercial owners and property managers; insurance carriers and brokers; and attorneys. See who we serve.
Where do you operate?
FlyCRE is based in San Clemente, and Orange County is our main service area. We also fly throughout California and work with clients across the Western United States, with projects outside Southern California flown through our pilot network.
Who flies the missions?
FAA Part 107 certified pilots, flying to FlyCRE capture standards. FlyCRE is fully insured.
What exactly does FlyCRE provide?
Aerial site documentation and data subscription services. We capture your sites on a schedule, process the imagery, and deliver it through FlyCRE Intelligence as an observational record you can view, download, and compare over time.
Does FlyCRE perform inspections, maintenance, or repairs?
No. FlyCRE does not provide maintenance, repair, inspection, or land surveying services. We document conditions. Your inspectors, contractors, and qualified professionals use the record to make their own calls.
Are FlyCRE measurements survey-grade?
No. FlyCRE deliverables are visual documentation with approximate measurements for condition tracking and reference. They are not land surveys, are not survey-grade, and are not prepared or certified by a California-licensed land surveyor. They are not intended for engineering design, construction layout, boundary or elevation determination, or quantity verification for payment. If a project requires survey-grade work, it will be provided by a licensed land surveyor under a separate agreement.
Can other clients see our data?
No. Separation is enforced in the database itself, with default-deny row-level security on every table, and ownership is verified on every request before any record is read, written, or analyzed.
How is access to FlyCRE Intelligence controlled?
Every request is verified against our identity provider, role-based authorization is enforced on every endpoint, and deactivated accounts are refused regardless of credentials. Files are shared only through short-lived signed links issued per file and per user after authorization.
Does FlyCRE use AI with my data?
AI assists our staff with report drafting. The model has no database access, every write is made by deterministic code, report generation is limited to authorized staff, and drafts pass through the same client-scoped checks as everything else.
How do I report a security concern?
Email info@flycre.com and we will acknowledge your report within two business days.
What is captured on each flight?
All sensors fly on every flight: high resolution RGB for the orthomosaic and asset visibility layers, thermal, and multispectral. There is no menu of add ons to choose from.
How often do you fly?
Annual plans with flights every two weeks, monthly, or quarterly, set by what the site needs. Fuel modification work is often timed to the maintenance and inspection calendar.
Do you capture private residences?
No. We do not capture data of private property or residences. Flights cover only the properties our clients own, insure, or manage, such as common areas, community edges, fuel modification zones, and commercial sites.
Will a flight disrupt operations or residents?
No. We fly at high altitude, and nothing on the ground has to stop for a capture.
What do I receive?
Full access to your sites in FlyCRE Intelligence, with 2D and 3D models in every layer, organized by date.
Who owns the data?
You do. Use it for internal decisions, insurance documentation, and your permanent property record.
Is my data secure?
Yes. FlyCRE Intelligence encrypts data in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256, uses hybrid post-quantum key exchange, and keeps imagery in private storage that is never publicly addressable. These controls are enforced in production code and independently audited at the source. See our security and privacy controls, or request the full security brief for your vendor review.
Can I compare flights over time?
Yes. Every capture is stored, so any date can be compared with any other on the same site.
Do you work with insurance carriers?
Yes. Carriers, brokers, and owners can use our timestamped records for underwriting, renewals, and claims.
Does FlyCRE certify compliance or secure insurance discounts?
No. We document conditions. Fire agencies, carriers, and qualified professionals make the determinations. Our record gives them a dated view to work from.
How do I get started?
Request a consultation. We scope the site, agree on a flight schedule, and set up your account in FlyCRE Intelligence.
How is pricing set?
Each annual plan is scoped to the site's size and flight schedule and quoted after the consultation.
We protect the right to privacy.
We do not capture data of private property or residences. Our flights cover only the properties our clients own, insure, or manage, at high altitude so neighbors are never disturbed.
