/ 02 · HOW WE HELP

Plan from what the ground shows, not what you remember.

Grounds change week to week. A consistent aerial record puts your team, your agronomist, and your board on the same facts.

01
Turf and field condition layers
Multispectral and thermal layers show how each field and fairway changes between captures.
02
Water and irrigation planning
Thermal and vegetation layers show where conditions vary across a site. California's nonfunctional turf law (AB 1572) begins phasing out drinking water irrigation of decorative turf on public properties on January 1, 2027, with other property types to follow (State Water Board), so knowing what is irrigated, and how it changes, matters.
03
Proof of service for contractors
Before and after captures show the work was done, site by site, and approximate areas help scope the next bid.
04
Slopes, trees, and site assets
3D models, slope records, and tree and palm inventories document the whole site from above.
/ 03 · DOCUMENTATION AND INSURANCE

Well kept grounds should look that way on paper.

Grounds carry liability and insurance exposure for the cities, HOAs, and operators who manage them. A dated aerial history shows how the site was kept.

Claims start from records
After a storm, flood, or fire, a dated baseline of fields, trees, slopes, and irrigated areas lets a claim start from evidence.
Liability and public accountability
A documented history of maintained slopes, trees, and play surfaces helps boards and agencies show the site was cared for.
Wildfire mitigation credit
Landscaped areas within 100 feet of structures are part of a property's defensible space under California law. The same flight captures the vegetation that wildfire mitigation discounts consider.

FlyCRE captures and documents. Plant and turf conditions are interpreted by a qualified agronomist, our partner or your own. Discount eligibility and amounts are set by each insurer and program.

SCOPE OF SERVICE

FlyCRE provides aerial site documentation and data subscription services. We capture RGB, thermal, and multispectral imagery on a schedule, process it, and deliver it through FlyCRE Intelligence as an observational record. We do not provide maintenance, repair, inspection, or land surveying services. Measurements are approximate, for condition tracking and reference, and are not survey-grade.
