WHO WE SERVE · HOAS AND MASTER PLANNED COMMUNITIES

A record for
every board meeting.

Fuel modification zones, slopes, and common areas are a standing obligation for associations. FlyCRE flies them on a schedule so the board, the manager, and the fire authority can see what was maintained and when.

/ 03 · ORANGE COUNTY CONTEXT

Maintained
in perpetuity.

The Orange County Fire Authority's Guideline C-05 sets a standard fuel modification zone of 170 feet from the structure and requires it to be maintained in perpetuity, with maintenance in spring and fall.

That obligation outlasts every board and every contract. A recurring aerial record is how the association shows its history. Based in San Clemente, we fly across Orange County first, then the rest of California and the Western U.S. through our pilot network.

/ 04 · QUESTIONS
Does FlyCRE certify that our fuel modification zone is compliant?

No. We document conditions. The fire authority and qualified professionals make compliance determinations. Our dated record gives the board, the manager, and the agency a dated view to work from.

Do you capture homes or backyards in the community?

No. We do not capture data of private property or residences. Flights cover only what the association owns or manages: common areas, slopes, community edges, and fuel modification zones.

How often should an HOA fly its zones?

Most associations time flights to the maintenance calendar, before and after spring and fall work. Annual plans run every two weeks, monthly, or quarterly, set by what the site needs.

Can our landscape contractor and management company see the record?

Yes. The association owns the data and decides who has access in FlyCRE Intelligence, so the board, manager, and contractor can all work from the same dated view.

/ PRIVACY

We protect the right to privacy.

We do not capture data of private property or residences. Our flights cover only the properties our clients own, insure, or manage, at high altitude so neighbors are never disturbed.
