Privacy Policy

How FlyCRE collects, uses, shares, and protects information through flycre.com, and the choices you have.

This Privacy Policy describes how FlyCRE, a division of Burge Corporation ("FlyCRE," "we," "us," or "our"), handles personal information collected through our website at https://www.flycre.com (the "Site"). It applies to the Site and to the forms on it. Information that clients provide or that we capture while delivering services under a signed agreement, including data in the FlyCRE Intelligence platform, is also governed by that agreement.

Our commitment on aerial data

We protect the right to privacy. We do not capture data of private property or residences. Our flights cover only the properties our clients own, insure, or manage, or properties we are authorized in writing to document. Aerial data captured for a client belongs to that client and is kept in FlyCRE Intelligence, a private, encrypted platform that is not accessible to the public. See our Security and Privacy Controls.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Consultation and contact requests: first and last name, organization, email address, phone number (optional), site location, the division you are interested in, approximate site size (optional), and a description of what you need documented.
  • Pilot and job applications: first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), city and state, the role you are applying for, FAA Part 107 certificate status, years of experience, and your experience, equipment, and certifications.
  • Email and phone: anything you choose to include when you contact us directly.

Please do not send sensitive personal information, such as government identification numbers, financial account numbers, or health information, through the Site.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and the services the Site uses may automatically receive standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. The Site uses cookies and similar technologies from our hosting provider that are needed to deliver the Site and to measure basic site traffic. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run cross-site advertising or tracking pixels.

How we use information

  • To respond to your request, scope your site, and prepare a proposal.
  • To review applications and contact applicants.
  • To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Site.
  • To communicate with you about our services when you have contacted us or are a client.
  • To comply with law, enforce our Terms of Use, and protect our rights, our clients, and the public.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share personal information only as follows:

  • Service providers: companies that host the Site, process form submissions, store contact records, and deliver email for us, under obligations to protect the information and use it only to provide their services. Our Site is hosted on Wix, and our fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
  • Burge Corporation: our parent company, for the purposes described in this policy.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe disclosure is needed to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
  • With your direction: when you ask us to share information, such as with your property manager, board, or insurer.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to respond to you, maintain business records, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Applications that do not lead to an engagement are kept for a limited period and then deleted. Client data under an agreement is retained as that agreement provides.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Details are on our Security and Privacy Controls page.

Your choices and rights

  • Access, correction, and deletion: you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Marketing: you may ask us to stop sending you marketing emails at any time. We will still send messages about an active request or engagement.
  • Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may not work as intended without them.

California residents may have additional rights under California law, including the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, to request deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email info@flycre.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify your request using information you have already provided to us and respond within the time required by law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission.

California Civil Code section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

The Site does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track browser signals. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is nothing for a Global Privacy Control signal to opt you out of. We will honor such signals if our practices change.

Children

The Site is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

The Site links to government agencies, publications, and social media pages that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. If the changes are material, we will provide a more prominent notice on the Site.
